Shipments, Changes & Returns Policy
We do our best to make your purchases delivered in the best conditions. The delivery time is 24 to 72 working hours, this period contemplates the time from when you place the order until it is delivered to your home.
Currently we ship all our products to different countries in Europe, with a delivery time of 48 to 96 hours. Please note that the shipping company does not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order has been processed on a Friday after 12:00 am, it will most likely not be shipped until the following Monday.
Nilo assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the product cannot be made as a result of the data provided by the customer being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons outside the company of Shipments.
Shipping and return costs are free of charge.
In order to make a size change, you only have to contact us, through email@example.com to be able to prepare your order while picking up the order with the wrong size. To do this write to us and we will explain how to perform this process.
The maximum period for changing the size of your Nilo sandals will be 15 days from the receipt of your order. But quiet, you will not have to pay any shipping costs for the change of your sandals of the correct size.
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Except for periods where free returns are indicated.
1. You can return your multi-design sandals purchased in www.niloteam.com, within 15 days of the date of placing the order. The cost of shipping will be completely free within this period, after this, the charge for shipping the product will be paid by the customer.
2. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original package or packaging.
3. Returns are examined by our quality control department. If there are any defects in the returned items, such as breakage, stains or use, the return will not be accepted.
4. Returns are not accepted upon refund. Return shipping costs are not refunded.
5. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate the return of your order. Our customer service department will tell you how to proceed. Once we receive the return in our warehouse we will proceed to pay you the amount of the returned order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once you have contacted us, you would like to make a return within the following 48 hours our service will contact you regarding how to proceed.
Once the return has been received in our warehouse and we check that it complies with our return policy we will pay you the amount via your payment method originally used.
Once we have processed the payment of your order it may take 10 to 14 days for the money to be deposited into your card or Paypal account.
Have you received a defective product? In this case send an email to email@example.com and our service department will change your product at no cost.
